Capacitors

I have a Basato 3 bandsaw and I think the capacitor is failing. The motor "sort of starts" but will not get up to speed. If I am correct in my assumption where can I get a replacement? The code on the casing is CBB60SH, 16micro Farads and 450V with flying leads and an 8mm threaded stud.
