I want to create a new pattern arrangement for the next tissue boxes.

router pattern former.jpg

I want to make a template, and I thought if I got a full size template made to above pattern that I could then print, the printed pattern could then be stuck on to some timber to make a full size former that a router bearing bit could follow and make perfect cut outs. The cut out (all the way through) would then be fiilled with a contrasting strip.

I would like the pattern to adjoin all round.

The contrast strip needs to be around 3mm thick.

So is there a draughtsman with the french curves with the time please?

Bob, thanks for the intro to that photographer. Not come across him before.

He produces some interesting studies which is why I listed the reference.

My son is currently experimenting with time lapse shots, light balls and smoke effects. Don't know where he gets the imagination from - def not me :?
