The chuck itself is threaded 1"x 12 (I think, not that it's very relevant) and the three parts to the left fit in it - to achieve what, I'm not sure. The collet doesn't seem to fit, and the large item is solid with a flat on one side. I don't think the silver coloured jaws are anything to do with it. They could be parts from different chucks.

I think I've actually got two of these somewhere assembled for a Myford ML8 Inboard and Outboard, I'll see if I can dig them up later for you and take a couple of pictures.
 
The two pieces with the flat on them look like they are a pin chuck. They would fit into a hole with a small rod/pin on the flat. Rotation would lock the turning to the shaft.

These are craft supplies pcc 2000 or just the pcc (precision combination chuck)
Parts only now available secondhand
It was a bit of a faff to use
The light alloy bits are for an expanding chuck but there’s a tapered bit that pushes them out missing
