buying some wood

Hi im looking to buy some wood possibly some plywood at 12-18 mm thick not 2 sure on size yet and also possibly some other types of wood but all the places ive seen have been rather dear so i was wondering if anyone new anywhere that was rather cheap as im not looking to speak alot of money on my build as its not overly big i live in aberdeen so id ether have to get it from somewhere here or if there was somewhere cheap online id be happy with that so if anyone could recomend anywhere id be extremely great full

Could you give an idea of what you will be using it for? Plywood prices will vary significantly depending on the type. What "other types of wood" - hardwoods?, softwoods?, boards?... If you can give a little more information I'm sure someone will be able to help.

Hi im using it to build a rectangular box also im looking to get some 12 mm mdf aswell
