I plan on building a wardrobe into an alcove, i planned on using the basic method of a building a tall cabinet, putting it in place, level it off and then face frame around it to scribe to the wall, however the ceiling height is 2.9m and a sheet of mdf is only 2.4m, which is fine for the cabinet as it will just be a box on top of another for the top shelf but i planned on using mdf for the face frame and return scribe on the chimney side but obviously it can't be done with a full piece, or can it? and I'm missing some something.
just looking some advice, on how someone else would approach this. i will list info about the job
info on the job:
alcove height 2.9m
alcove width 1.35m
made from mdf and painted or wood veneered mdf ( not sure yet )
coving to run along the top
7" skirting along the bottom
4 doors - 2 large, 2 small cupboard at top
thanks in advance
