Just been watching some of the videos Richard Raffen has been posting.

A real breath of fresh air - moves tool rest without lathe at dead stop, spins blank onto a screw chuck etc etc all without loss of limbs.
Irresponsible or just how most of us turn and therefore relatable?
What do you think?
Also, I think Richard makes more use of scrapers that is perhaps portrayed as the ’norm’ - again, thoughts?

(Just trying to promote some engaged thinking rather than emotional reaction - there won’t be a ‘right’ answer but want to explore some of the wisdom out there)
