After hearing someone on hear saying how good Bradford’s are i thought i would give them a try.
Walked into the shop and the assistant was sitting down slumped against the wall.
I ask him how much is sharp sand
He replied still slumped against the wall what type of sharp sand
I said the grey stuff in a bag
He said we don’t sell sharp sand we just sell yellow or grey sand and asked what i wanted it for.
My reply was i do not want building sand as its to fine.
He then said i needed grey sand
I then asked how much is your grey sand
He replied £2.12
I said that’s dear it’s a pound cheaper at B&Q
He then said clear off to B&Q
I took his kind advice and left him propping up the wall and went to B&Q where i purchased 10 bags of sand and a bag of cement for £16.06 and the nice girl got a lad to load it into my jeep.
