I am selling my bowl turning lathe. It was a professional custom build for a pro word turner who retired. I bought the lathe as a bare body. Here are the details:
Turning capacity up to 40 inch diameter
1.5 hp 3 phase motor with 3 phase voltage inverter ( 240v in 415v out )with variable electronic speed control, forward and reverse, emergency stop.
The lathe also has an emergency kick stop built onto it.
Backplate and chuck
1 1/2 inch by 6 tpi thread
The motor and inverter have had less than 20 hours use since new.

Kity 613 bandsaw Excellent condition £300 ono
Lots of wood 4 or 5 large pieces of yew 18 inch diameter 10 inches thick, yew logs 3 foot long approx 4 - 6 inch diameter. Lots of blanks different wood some laburnum branches.
I will accept £1000 for everything ( lathe bandsaw timber ) but happy to sell seperately. You will need a van!!
Any trial on the lathe or bandsaw welcome.
