Hiya, I have a bosch GET 125 sander it's great - different from my Makita's but I needed a heavier duty 125.
Anyway, I have to replace the hook backing pad - it didn't last long and the replacement cost is outrageous, to be honest.
With the Makita, I can get one for a five the bosch is £30 far too much for me - do does anyone know where I can get a replacement that perhaps doesn't use their locking system and that will fit or how to frig an alternative I was thinking about supergluing a replacement, laugh but I've done it and it works - however, there's only so many you can do before the sander base looks like a scooby doo sandwich.
