What's the new replacement equivalent of the Bosch gbh 2sr? i.e. sds with 2 chucks. Mine is beginning to give up, after many years of heavy abuse.

Panic over. The flex was shorting where it goes into the handle, where it gets most bending. That's saved me £200. I'll see if I can get another 10 years out of it.

Do you keep it in a tool box..........

I used to have the same problem and since I stopped using the case it been fine

Hmm yes good point. You have to bend the flex tight at the handle, to pack it in the box. But it's taken 10 years or so to break.
