Bobbin sander sleeves

I'm looking for some 16mm inside diameter sleeves of various grits, does anybody know of a supplier that will sell in smaller quantities than 10s ?

I found one shop but at £30 + for 10 its a bit much as I'm not sure if it will work yet.
