Hi Folks
I just bought a new Axminster aw10bsb2 table saw over the weekend, A brilliant saw but i have discovered an issue.
The blade seems to move out of alignment when tilted to 45 degrees. At 90 degrees the blade is true, but when tilted to 45 the rear of the blade moves right towards the rip fence by about 2mm. This is causing timber to get jammed between the rotating blade and the fence leaving marks on the timber . This difference also means the timber cant actually pass through the gap between the fence and blade.
I have looked through the manual and correctly adjusted the fence to be sure it isn't this causing the problem, The manual does not describe how to adjust the blade alignment either. due to this issue only arising during 45 degree cuts and then correcting at 90, I suspect this isn't something which can be adjusted?
Has anyone had any similar issues?
I have emailed axminster and Im waiting for a reply.
Thanks in advance
Adam
