blade adapters

hello, can anyone tell me if the adapters for being able to use unpinned blades are worth buying and would anyone know if they are suitable for a sip 16inch scroll saw? :?

If you could provide more specific information on the blade adapters you are referring to we may be able to help.
SIP make various 16" saws so please state your particular model.

Scrollerman, thanks for replying, the saw is a sip16" 01928 and i have tried by taking the pins out of a blade to try it, it seems to grip ok and i did manage to cut a reasonable piece of wood about 1" thick so i am hoping to get a few pinless and try it to see if it works ok with those as the pinned ones are the normal ones from toolstation and don't seem to be that good.
