I have a BB Bold 9900 and for a while when I come to sync it with the PC it opens a windows explorer window. I have just received my new BB Q10 and wish to transfer all my data. I have the BB Desktop and BB Link, but neither seem to recognise the old phone and the same thing happens when I click 'sync' on the phone. Been sat here 4 hours .....anyone? PLEASE!!!
