I have recently been laying laminate flooring I did quite a good job of it, even if I do say so myself!

I was unable to make a perfect fit around the door frames in every instance.
I was thinking about how I could fix these and then realised I had some high temperature friction turning wax that that was a near identical colour.
I used a soldering iron to melt the wax into the gaps and a Stanley blade to scrape level.
The results turned out almost perfect, I doubt anyone but me will ever know!!
