Biscuit Jointer help

I have an older, not used much, Elu 140 biscuit jointer which I think is now the same as the DW 685K. Does anyone know if the spindle nut is right hand or left hand thread. I don't seem to have the original pin spanner and c wrench and don't want to force it. Thanks Geoff

Yes that means its left hand thread.
