To Jaymac (The Tool Shop) on London Road in Derby.
Bought my Proxxon DSH from them a few weeks ago and started doing some amateurish efforts on it when, to my horror, the flat blade clamping screw sheared off inside the top clamp. Most likely down to my hamfistedness, but I spoke to the guys at the Tool Shop and, precisely 22 hours after I did, a pair of brand spanking new clamps arrived by way of Postman Pat.
All I wanted was a new clamping screw!
Thanks to the guys there, they're a credit to customer service. Plus my wife thinks I've found a new mucky book shop as I spend so much time reading their literature and dreaming of a new Trend Router Table and Router that they sell there.
