I'm pretty sure everyone here knows that the Lutz stuff is rubbish (I shoud know I bought the Lutz Maxuum  ) but spare a thought for the poor dude who won this auction http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2344044626&category=20791.

He paid £600 plus postage for a saw that retails for £375+VAT including delivery from Southern Woodwork

There used to be bargains on ebay but the more you look the more it seems even second hand stuff is nearing full price! Always do your research properly I say!

Totally agree, research is a must. But hey, buyer beware, its not only ebay but anywhere.

Iv'e recently picked up a nice couple of bargains on ebay, two new tools, one half price the other a 25% saving.
