Best M4 insert for hardwood (mahogony)?

I thought id just go and buy some inserts. Never having use them before, i didnt think that there would be a whole load of different designs!

Which should i buy for m4 machine screws into mahogony?

Plenty of mention of softwoods, and plastics, but not any specifically for hardwoods (that ive seen) (plenty just say a catch all of hard and soft, and other similar looking ones say soft only)

im no insert specialist, but the guys i have seen on yootoob use stainless steel ones for attaching legs to tables because of strength.
