Best fixing for green railway sleeper outdoor table

I'm building a chunky garden table and bench from tanalized railway sleepers (200mm x 100mm) and wondered which is best for fixings?

I need a mixture of 200mm and 150/160mm.

Either will do. If they are tanalised softwood then they are what are sold as "railway sleepers", but are not. Any hex head timber fix screw will go through these - all clones of the originals and much of a muchness. Ideally you need an impact driver of course. Most boxes of screws come with the correct driver head for your impact driver. Check that.
