I live in East Angelia (Norfolk) and regularly enjoy my local and rather decent car boot sale. There seems to be a pretty decent supply of old tools here and I get the occasional gem (such as my beloved Millers Falls 200) :D

However I wondered if anyone else has any recommendations for really good markets in East Angelia or anywhere else in the UK for tools and the like??

ha ha you want people to tell you where their pot of gold is buried, dream on. Good luck in your search and happy new year to you.

Not so much, my local is brilliant and I don't expect more. I am thinking of potential places to live in the future and I consider a decent car boot essential, thus trying to identify a few others.

I have learned that one visit tells you very little about a market's quality as the pickings are so random, so going round checking them myself is a bit pointless. Hence this question :D

Gloucester has two per week, Sundays and Wednesdays 05:30 - 13:30, all year round whatever the weather. It on purpose built hard standing and some grass. 400-600 pitches - less in bad weather. Loads of free parking for buyers on hard standing.
