I've just purchased a couple of the Bessey K Body Revo clamps (600mm) and I notice that the heads aren't very square to the bar. Is this anything to be concerned about?
I don't have any previous experience with this type of clamp (or any others in fact) so was wondering if this was perfectly normal. It isn't the black protective pads that are untrue, as the same result applies if they're removed. Both clamps appear the same. I've included a couple of pictures showing each end of one of the clamps.

I suspect it is those black plastic bits top and bottom of the clamp head - are you sure they are seated correctly? They slide on and off but can on occasions not be 'in the groove' or can get some rubbish underneath them.
The other thing to say is that the bottom clamp head squares up when under pressure so it is probably fine
Hope that helps
Mark

Thanks for your help Mark.
I did check that they were seated properly, but I'll double check to be sure.
