Bench holdfast

Anybody seen one of these before, I know what it is and what it does as I used to use it. The question is: is it homemade or is it one of cheaply mass productions from the Far East. It's well made but there is no maker's name of any sort. Not that I can see anyway.

Factory made, country of origin could be almost anywhere, including UK.

It's more of a giant toggle clamp than a holdfast.

Thank you BugBear, I stand corrected. Now that I know it’s a toggle clamp, I'll put them in the same drawers as these.
