Belt sander required

Any recommendations for a belt sander?

Im looking for a decent one that will last but needs to be fairly cheap (round about £50-£75). Had been looking on ebay at 2nd hand ones but not sure what to go for.
I also saw a new Ryobi EBS-802V for about £40 on ebay, any good? Is this worth it or should i keep looking?

I Have a Delta 4" Belt / 6" disc Sander , bench top type

£50 , but its HEAVY and will be pricey to ship to Scotland

Thanks Blister, if only i had the room for it and yeah i imagine the delivery would be pricey, however i should have specified its a hand held sander i need but thanks anyway.
