Bansaw help please

I recently got a used rexon bandsaw so thought I would check it over, the two large wheels in it where the blade goes over has a rubber/plastic running around the outside of them but its falling off in chunks, can this be bought new or am I better gluing it back on?.thanks in advance

The parts you are referring to are called Tyres. What do you mean by "falling off in chunks"? Do you mean that the trye is disintegrating in to pieces, or just coming off intact? It shouldn't do either, of course.
You can buy replacement tyres for most machines and they only have to be the right size, they don't have to be Rexon (although that is probably a very good place to start).
