Bandsaw tyre broke off.. Help!

The top tyre on my Record Power BS 300 (12" x 3/4")has parted company with the wheel.
Searching online could only find a set of two urethane tyres, probably from USA (£70 inc).
Before I take the plunge and contact Record Power tomorrow I wondered if anyone could give any helpful advice.

Can you not glue it back on with slow set epoxy or gasket adhesive?

I don't know if they still do, but Scott & Sargent used to sell it by the metre.
