Hi,i have a black and decker bd 339 12"bandsaw that bas been great for quite some time, though on changing the blade recently i find the blade runs off the top wheel.i have never had this problem before so am i setting it up correctly?any advjce would be welcome.

Have you checked that the tracking is correct?
Setting up a bandsaw is not difficult, but you do have to do the right things in the right order. That's why entire books have been written about the subject.
And, of course, videos as well...

What have you moved?
If it did work but now it doesnt, something has been altered.
Unless the wheels have rubber tyres which have now flattened or broken?

There should be an adjusting bolt on the back of the top wheel, moving that makes the blade go back or fore on the wheel. Once the blade is steady and working properly, that bolt should be locked to stop vibration moving it.
