Bandsaw Blades

Hi Folks,

It seems like everyone and his mum says that when you buy a bandsaw you should bin the blade that comes with it and buy a good one. So my question is where can you get a decent blade from?

Also what are the best sizes to get? For instance i want to rip/resaw some spalded beech and ash so what size would would i need for this?

Any advice will be gratefully received
