Hello,
After searching the internet for an answer, I just cannot seem to find a solution to this. In operation, my bandsaws blade wobbles back and forth a few mm's which caused the issue of rubbing ion the thrust roller once cutting a piece.
I have spoken to record customer services are ruled out the following;
- New tires
- New blades (Both tuffsaws and record blades)
- Adjusted the tracking
- Adjusted the tension
- Top wheel changed
- New pulley belt
Record have said theres nothing more they can do, so all I can think left might be angle of the lower spindle? I know this is determined by four screws that set and lock the lower wheel spindle into place, does anyone think this might help?
Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks!
