I have now worn the blade that came with my SIP 12" bandsaw.
Can anyone recommend a good make of blade and also which one to get.

From reading various posts the blade i think i need for rough cutting green or damp wood into rough circle for wood turning is a 3tpi As 1/2 wide blade. Is this correct?

Dure Edge seems to be the forum favourite a quick search will tell you more.
I've found them more than helpful just tell tem what you want to cut and they'll sort you out.
No website but you can call them on 08702 252337 and they'll post them.

I have recently bought a selection of dure edge blades for a BS350 after advice from people on this site. They are with out a doubt the best blades I have aver purchased. The welds are the smoothest I have ever seen.

defiantly recommend!! :D

Recieved my two blades from Dure Edge, have set one up on the bandsaw and it went through a piece of 7" thick wood like a knife through hot butter.
Thanks for the recommend
