I just want to give a shout out to Tuffsaws i contacted them and spoke to Ian about an issue with a new blade that had cracked at the weld after discussion with Ian it turned out I was my fault using the wrong blade for the thickness of the wood I was cutting I offered to return it he advised not to because of the Christmas rush but without hesitation said he would replace it and it arrived this morning.that’s what I call excellent customer service well done to Ian and his team thank you Mick Palmer
