I have just rung the Axminster customer service line, to be told, "Due to an emergency, we have had to close the call centre temporarily, please leave a message".

Let's hope they haven't had a fire or something.

Is the fire alarm system linked to your phone lines or did you switch the recorded message on manually knowing there was going to be a drill?
