Axminster and lost items

after six weeks waiting for my parcel, I'm afraid it's gone and lost forever .

Axminster is still kindly fighting (I hope) both with the Royal and the Republican Mails to find it out for me.

However... in the end what will be their policy in this case ? Re-send ? Re-fund ? Re-quiescat in Pacem ?

They would I think do whatever you would prefer.
E-mail them and get it sorted now. Don't wait for them to try and find it,
It could take forever. My own experience with Axminister is very good and from what I have read on these forums people seem to speak quite well of them. I'm sure they will do whatever you wish.

Bad luck. Axminster are usually okay, although you might have to chase them up if nothing seems to be happening. I would guess they'd give you a choice of refund or try again, but possibly via a different method of delivery if possible. Fingers crossed for you.
