Hi all

I have a project in the pipeline to mass produce some items. My plan is to make and stick a perspex template to the wood that I follow with a bearing guided router bit, having cut the wood to near size on the table saw. Essentially a rectangle with rounded corners.

I could route two corners then flip the work and do the other two but this would mean removing them template and aligning it accurately on the other side.

I do have a large disc sander and I get OKish results but I think speed and accuracy would be best if I used the router.

Ah ok so I would flip the work then lower the bit and pick up the other bearing. Ok I like that. Reasonable cost compared to the trend equivalent too.

thanks Marcos. I thought they only sold them in multiples! but they do singles at the bottom of the drop down.

Cheers

i saw that too when i found the link for you. quite scary if you dont look properly!
