Thought I’d put up some pictures of some cover boards we had on top of some timber we ( brother in law) milled a while back.
With the price of timber going up and up I suggested saving as much as possible

We’re going to make some doors for the house but thought of tidying up the offcuts first

How much would you keep?
These are the small off cuts, light pulls, mice and Xmas trees?

Very cool, well done.
What to keep? Well i guess it depends on space and being honest with yourself over how much of the waste you will use.....

I might well be wrong, but i belive the sticks in stickering are best at an inch or more.... to allow a real amount of air to properly circulate to all faces, so moisture changes happen to the whole board at once.

Good job though, that would cost a lot if you were buying it all in👍
