Does anyone have experience in-use of Australian Arbortech carving and chisel tools. I have a Proxxon electric chisel but it seems to be a bit lightweight. I have started doing some carving on turned items but I want to progress doing larger stuff.

Ive got a mini carver with mini-turboplane and a full sixed turboplane. Good things if pricey.

Hard to really "plane" with the mini carver but useful for tight spaces. The turboplane is a little scary but the surface finish is pretty impressive if you take care.
