Anyone waiting for stuff from SIP?

You might want to check it out as I heard that they put in a new computer system over Christmas and it flagged up all accounts as STOP. With apologies to Little Britain....the computer said 'No.o.o.o'.

So nothing was despatched, allegedly until this was/is being fixed and that (allegedly) no-one noticed that nothing was going out!

Also the parameters were set (again allegedly) to only send out stuff when the order was complete...and since some items can take months to arrive.......

My local supplier of SIP kit told me that the main problem with the computer system was that it printed picking lists without an address on :lol:

Luckily, SIP are local and the shop has plenty of stock since they fetch it themselves from the warehouse :wink:
