Anybody know how to contact Dewalt UK..

Been trying to get in touch with Dewalt...to ask for advice

re one of they’re power tools. All I get is I must change my password,

I repeated the password change..several times.

Has anyone managed to have a conversation with this company?Any help would be appreciated.

I’m in the States at the mo and this is the Nr for advice here, I think you just add 00 at the beginning.
1-800-433-9258. Worth a try as they do service here better than the uk. Ian

No. I had the same - I was led around in circles seven or eight times until I lost the will to live.

I got bored of trying and took my 18v nailer to an approved repairer. They fixed it and claimed off the dewalt warranty.

I'd try their service phone number or email here Contact us . Once talking to a real person you stand a chance of getting transferred internally if necessary.

It is pretty good, and unusual, that it is a real phone number and not a premium rate one.

Very nice flowery atrium & restaurant when I worked for them 25 years ago - sure it's maybe changed since, but I always dressed up proper when going into HQ slough
