Scratching my head about this little lot. All came in an Under Oven Housing from Magnet.

We have the drawer that needs the front panel fitting. There are two 'cavities' in the front that look as if something should slide up and to which the front panel is fixed.

We have a front panel with pre-drilled holes but are clearly outside the 'cavities'

and indeed Magnet recognise this as inside came two pieces of paper telling you not to use the pre-drilled holes. They reference to different front panels.

Trouble is neither reference my particular front panel. Neither do the pre-existing screw holes match up with those on either diagram.

So how to fit the front panel ?

I have two of these (Gizmo 1)

The arm swivels through 360 degrees. The gizmo falls out of those drawer slots so not intended to fit the front panel..or I can't see how. So if not fitting the front panel, what are they for ?

Then we have two of these (Gizmo 2)

About 75mm long. No idea.

Three bits of wood 2 off 605mm and one off 565mm.

and lastly a bit of grey plastic

Singularly lacking are any instructions other than the aforementioned irrelevant pre-drilled instruction sheet.

So......

if anyone has any ideas I'd welcome them. Have an email out to Magnet but who knows how long they will take to respond.

TIA

Hi Roger,

I have tried to upload the instructions for you but it tells me "The extension pdf is not allowed"...

Let's try this another way,...... try clicking on this link http://www.tandsarchitectural.co.uk/kit ... Akp48P8HAQ and then on the" View PDF" just under the code number.

It will become apparent when you see the instructions how it goes together.

As for the 3 sections of chipboard, I can only imagine they are specific to a Magnet carcass so, it is anyones guess what they are supposed to be used for.

You're a star, thanks.

Now all I need are 6ft long articulated arms to be able to get into the back of each pan drawer cabinet to fit the extra screws that those numpties at Magnet omitted to do. Inclined to not bother as I can't reach them.

Regarding the Pan Drawers,...can you not just remove/ unclip the drawer boxes from their runners to give you access to the missing screw positions..? Are they Blum drawers & runners?

I'm afraid that I wouldn't know. Here's a photo...not sure if that helps...tried taking another one of the writing but filed miserable :D

Not too much of problem now as the plasterer coming tomorrow is (a) young (b) flexible and (c) has very long arms

They certainly look like Blum runners and drawerboxes.
You have probably realised that the drawer boxes are a doddle to remove and then refit which will give you plenty of access to fit more screws. I assume the screws you are using to fix the runners are 5mm countersunk Euro screws? From the look of your photo, the runners are the heavy duty version and can carry more weight than the standard runner.
(The Orange insert signifies the heavy duty version)
I would suggest you fit at least 3 or 4 Euro screws in each runner.
