I have purchased a new table saw which has an aluminium table, what would you recommend using to protect it and help material glide better? I have read things like Glidecote are good but cant find it in uk.

Cheers

I would add that when I bought my new bandsaw with a cast iron table I wiped over a coat of AF50 then buffed on a coat of Axminster Machine Wax but I doubt you need the Af50 for an aluminium top.

Yes, i think that might be wasted on aluminium. Thanks for the help its much appreciated 👍🏻

I have an evolution table saw with an ali top. Just give it a couple of squirts of dry PTFE spray. Works for me
