Just in case anyone is intrested in a wheeled Mitre Saw stand, as you can see this is one of the cheap Aldi Ferrex ones, quite a sturdy stand though its not terribly big. Anyway as you can see it was quite easy to bolt on a pair of 7ins pushchair wheels and instead of struggleing to carry the saw out of the shed I can now wheel it out attached to the stand. The only issue was that the
C of G of the saw is around 2 inches or so back with the saw in the parked position, this had no effect on the stability of the saw in use but it meant that the saw would not balance when standing up on end and I had to add on the sub base battons to allow me to move it forward, now the saw is rock steady standing bolt upright on its wheels and the steel roller support. I presently rest the roller on a block of wood because of the adjusting knob sticking out but it looks to be easy to bolt on a broad foot to take care of that.
