air gun

please can anybody advice which kind of air gun i can use to attach plastic rattan to a 3/4 " metal pipe. i need a cheap airgun. i make rattan furniture with 3/4 " metal frames and i need to be able to pin the plastic rattan on the metal frame. the previous air guns i used , the pins could not penetrate the metal frame.

Probably not the gun, you *may* need hardened steel brads.
