I want to use acrylic eggshell to paint some cabinets. Will my Wagner Spraytech 0518050 be able to spray it? What sort of paint to thinner ratio will I need to use?

Thats not the best sprayer for the job, I tried something similar and gave up. I think @doctorbob will have a better answer as I believe he does spray a lot of his kitchens and take a look at his finishes, just do a search for kitchens and with his tag.

Acrylic eggshell paint is water based!....You dont use thinners with it.
I've sprayed a few cabinets and an old pine bed with it and it it gave a good finish. I used a cheap gravity fed gun running off a compressor.
I used acrylic primer straight from the tin first and then thinned the eggshell paint with water.
