acid cat contamination

Hi all

I having been using the Black 20% sheen AC from Morrells and noticed that it is contaminated. The finish looks like someone has added a very fine sand.

At first I assumed that I was the source of the contamination but after cleaning out the gun etc it is still there.

To be fair to Morrells they admit that they recieved a complaint from someone else yesterday, BUT that customer had a white base (black is a clear base). I guess that the pigment is faulty. I am awaiting the delivery of another tin and Morrells have thrown in some strainers.

If the strainers are not fine enough, can any one recommend another brand/supplier, preferably in West london. The unit is supposed to one site on wednesday.
