Not sure that it is a specific Alzheimers test but is often used in a longer form as a test of cognitive perception....crops up in many areas eg NLP, Coaching, CBT etc etc

I got 6.... that make me genius apparently, according to david brown, so the test is clearly flawed... and not related to alzheimers...

This test is actually about the importance of words in language. A non english speaker, and certainly someone who uses a non-latin alphabet, or who is illiterate will always get 6. (perhaps that explains why i got 6 :eek: )

Yes the brain hears it with a v sound, and so represents the character as a v in your mind, rather than an f.
