How totally bizare?

It could only happen, as is the joke, in the Crapitol of the EU?

That brings back the memory of the Para anti terrorist demo that happened here in Carcassonne a few years back when they were firing 'blanks' into and around the spectators and the seargent in charge of the issued ammo mistakenly (?) put a magazine of MIXED live and blanks and SHOT a few of the spectators. It's amaising that no-one was killed!

I don't think they will do that again?
