Since my unscheduled "holiday" last week, I've been feeling pretty washed out. I did work on the build on Saturday, but yesterday I went out to paint some cladding and managed just eight before I'd had enough.

So I've been doing a lot of sitting around.

I've started to read Fermat's Last Theorem by Simon Singh. I've read it a couple of time before, but not for ages. It really is a cracking read, telling the story of how one of the world's longest-running mathematical problems was finally solved. I've thoroughly enjoying going through it all again.

Secondly, whilst I don't have a TV, I do occasionally watch stuff on iPlayer. Yesterday I watched Secret Smile on ITV. David Tennant plays a very nasty man indeed. Very gripping and an excellent twist at the end.

Both thoroughly recommended.

I also enjoyed Fermat's Last Theorem - a very different world mathematicians live in.
