A bit of silver birch

Natural edged "vessel" for want of a better word, from semi wet / semi dry (take your pick) log of silver birch. No finish on it. Wish I had left it (or just waxed it) as I put Danish oil on it , which darkened it more than I would have liked, but hey ho!

I don't think it is to dark at all. Blends in quite nicely.
