Congratulations on the site reaching 400 registered users.
And 10000 posts. This site is growing at ever increasing speed.
The quality and content of this site is second to none in my opinion.
This site has become a (must read everyday) part of my life.
Anyway best wishes for the continued expansion of this site in both
quality and content.

Yeah - its a great.

Amazing isn't it, there are several forums (Woodworking and non woodworking) that I visit and post most days, i'm sure its the same with many of you.

Just think - How did we cope 10 or 15 years ago without the net!!

That's great news that we've hit the 400th member and over 10,000 posts on the forum.

I would like to thank Alf, James and all the members for helping out and posting on the forums :) These past months the forums have really got busier and I'm really pleased at how UKW has grown. Here's to the next 400 members

Yep - many thanks to the Administrator & The Mods. and all the contributors who have helped me :D. I send my congrats. with all those above. There is so much good stuff in UKWorkshop that it can only grow from now on in.

How did we manage before the 'net - probably not so well as now, given the amazing amount of sharing of info. and expertise that goes on.

Certainly a part of my essential daily reading - really must put my mind to getting a computer in the workshop (yea, I know, some of you already have!)

I know what you mean!

I stumbled apon this site at the beginning of last year, jointed up (100th member :D ) and have`nt looked back since.
the warm and friendlyness of this site is apparent and the wealth of knowledge is second to none..........

some of the "old crowd" seem to have disappeared, but the site has matured and really started to grow.

congrats to everyone
