Hi, I rashly gave a client a swatch of timber samples, and they chose brown chestnut for the legs of a large table. Trouble is, it's hard to find, even in 2"!
Has anyone any ideas? I'm in Cambridge but would travel or arrange a courier

Just tell your client that chestnut is not presently available and oak is better. And only a little bit more expensive.

It's the time of year. All of the chestnut's roasting on an open fire ......

..... I'll get my coat.
